Schumann To SiriusXM: Cumulus KSCS & KPLX/Dallas OM/PD JR Schumann is resigning to lead Country programming for SiriusXM, according to an internal memo from Cumulus/Dallas & Houston RVP Dan Bennett. Schumann succeeds John Marks, who stepped down in September (CAT 9/11). He  joined Cumulus from Cox's WWKA/Orlando in early 2014 as OM of KSCS & KPLX and PD for KSCS (CAT 3/27/14); he assumed PD duties for KPLX this September.
