Clare Blare: Departing ADX WYCT/Pensacola, FL MD/afternooner Chris Clare has joined Binnie's WTHT/Portland, ME as PD, responsibilities formerly handled by cluster OM Stan Bennett, who continues in that role. Clare spent eight years at 'YCT before resigning earlier this month (CAT 3/14). He starts in Portland April 11 and can be reached here.
