Adds Up: Radio vet Andrew Martin and industry newcomer Taylor Festerman have joined Delmarva's WXCY/Wilmington, DE as evening host and Coord./Marketing & Promotions, respectively. Martin succeeds morning show producer/traffic reporter Blair Thomas, who had been voice-tracking the daypart; he'll continue in his morning roles. Festerman succeeds Samantha Kershaw, who has left the station.
