Mr. President: Former Milwaukee Radio Alliance Dir./Sales Keith Bratel has been named Market President for iHeartMedia/Madison, which includes Country WMAD. He succeeds Colleen Valkoun, who has been overseeing both Madison and Milwaukee; she'll continue to oversee the latter. Bratel joins with more than 25 years experience, some of that at iHeartMedia/Milwaukee (1998-2005). Other stops include Weigel Broadcasting and Heritage Media.
