Scott Leaves Binghamton: iHeartMedia WBBI & Classic Country WINR-AM/Binghamton, NY PD and WBBI afternoon personality Tom Scott has exited after three years with the stations. It was his second stop with the company, having spent nine years at its Williamsport, PA stations starting in 2000. Other stops include Charlottesville, VA and Lewistown and Bloomsburg, PA.
