Memphis Horn's: Former Cumulus WYZB/Fort Walton, FL PD/afternoon personality Jeff Horn has joined Mighty Media WEBL/Memphis in the same role. He takes the programming reigns from cluster PD Crash Davis and GM Tom Freeman, who remain in those roles. In afternoons he succeeds Kitty McVay, who is leaving. Horn left 'YZB late last year (CAT 11/12) and has prior stops in Tallahassee and Miami. Reach him here.
