Starred Knox: East Tennessee PBS Asst. GM Jeff Jarnigan has joined Cumulus/Knoxville as OM, with oversight including Country WIVK. He succeeds Bob Raleigh, who exited in May (CAT 5/3). Jarnigan spent more than eight years at crosstown South Central AC WJXB, with prior stops as OM at the local Journal cluster and for Citadel/Baton Rouge. "We are thrilled to add someone of Jeff’s reputation and experience to lead our outstanding programming team," says VP/MM Ken Salyer. "His knowledge of our stations, market, and region are invaluable, as is his passion for our industry and community."
