Nick's Knack: CBS Radio KILT/Houston evening personality Nick Russo has been promoted to afternoons, succeeding Zakk United, who left in June (CAT 6/7). It's Russo's second promotion with the station since joining as a part-timer two years ago and moving to nights last year (CAT 3/5/15). "Thrilled to promote from within," says VP/Programming Bruce Logan. "But now I need a new night host."
