Counter Tops: Alabama Media WECB/Dothan, AL Dir./Production and afternoon personality Mark Allen has been promoted to OM of the four-station cluster and will not be joining Cherry Creek/Helena, MT as OM and Country KBLL PD/morning host as recently reported (CAT 7/26). "Dothan made an acceptable counter offer," he tells Country Aircheck. WECB morning host Dave Gilligan will assume production duties and Allen will continue to host afternoons. Back in Montana, Cherry Creek Group PD Mark Elliott has restarted his OM/PD/morning search and is accepting airchecks and resumes here.
