Chronicle: Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Curtis/Raleigh Coord./Promotions Dede Wakefield, who died in a car accident last night (8/8). She was 41. Wakefield had been with the cluster, which includes Country WQDR, for more than 12 years, starting as a board op in 2002 and moving into promotions in 2006. Information on services is pending.
