Beta Rockers: iHeartRadio has launched a beta version of iHeartRadio Plus and iHeartRadio All Access Powered by Napster for $4.99 and $9.99, respectively, on iOS and Android devices. iHeartRadio Plus allows app users to instantly replay a song heard on live radio within the platform, save it to an offline playlist and take advantage of unlimited skips. iHeartRadio All Access powered by Napster additionally allows users to create, control and curate unlimited playlists with no playback cap, custom song sequencing and offline listening.

"Whereas the LP, CD and music downloads are the ancestors of all current on-demand services, the ancestor for our new on-demand offerings is broadcast radio," says iHeartMedia Chairman/CEO Bob Pittman. "By combining radio's popularity and reach with interactive on-demand functionality, we have created the first fully differentiated streaming music service for consumers." Aside from the new services, which will be fully available on mobile and desktop next month, iHeartRadio will remain a free application. More here.
