Bull Russelling: Former Entercom KKWF/Seattle morning co-host Tony Russell is joining Alpha KUPL/Portland for mornings. He fills the void created with the departure of Chunky, who is leaving for an undisclosed destination. "We are honored to have a talent like Tony join us at the Bull 98.7," says SVP/MM Lisa Decker. "He is country through and through, a very funny man and will be a great team member for McKinzie and Jake." The move reunites him with VP/Programming Scott Mahalick. Russell left KKWF in October 2015 (CAT 10/26/15) and had been selling cars and insurance. He starts March 20. Congratulate him here.
