Find Out Who Your Fresno: Black River West Coast rep Steve Pleshe is returning to KSKS/Fresno as PD. He steps into the role vacated by Darrin Arriens' departure for Entercom/Charlotte (CAT 3/3). Pleshe was programming KSKS in 2009 when he joined RCA for West Coast promotion. Prior to joining Black River (CAT 6/10/14), he also worked at Streamsound. "I cannot thank the Black River folks enough," Pleshe tells Country Aircheck. "When I went there I told them I was looking for a home, and they gave me my record label home. With Kiss Country, I'm going back to where it started for me, and I'm getting to be at my real home with my family. I'm really excited about the future of this station (and sleeping in my own bed every night won't be such a bad thing either)." Pleshe starts May 7 and for now can be reached here. Plans for the open position at Black River will be announced soon.
