Landed Gentry: Beasley/Tampa OM and WQYK PD T Gentry is returning to Beasley/Augusta as OM and PD of WKXC. "T has done a tremendous job over the past 17 years at Beasley," says VP/MM Kent Dunn, who also just returned to Augusta (CAT 12/1). "He did great in Tampa, but has decided to return to Augusta to be closer to his family. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome him home to lead our team." Gentry transferred to Tampa three years ago when Beasley purchased the stations from CBS Radio (CAT 11/26/14). WKXC PD/middayer Chris O’Kelley will step back into the APD/MD role. No word from the company on the Tampa position.
