Partners In Prime: Westwood One and The Recording Academy have extended their broadcast partnership as the syndicator will offer multi-format programming related to the 60th Grammy Awards. WW1's two-hour Grammy nomination special and contesting for a VIP trip to the show are back, along with new, daily reports featuring artist interviews, red carpet events and party coverage during the lead-up to the telecast. A week-long performance and interview series from Penn Plaza (next to Madison Square Garden) has also been added, some of which will be hosted by Cumulus' WNSH (Nash FM)/New York. At least one will feature Midland, and new performances will be revealed soon. The Grammys air Jan. 28 on CBS from New York. More here.
