Matthews Leaves KMLE:
Entercom KMLE/Phoenix morning co-host Chris Matthews is stepping down for personal reasons and will pursue other opportunities. "[VP/Programming] Tim Richards and [SVP/MM] Dave Pugh have been nothing but supportive and encouraging during this time and I can't thank them enough for all I have learned," he says. Matthews joined the station in 2014; he moved from middays to mornings two years ago (CAT 1/14). He has also served as APD/MD for the station, and has past stops at KAWO/Boise and Cumulus/Tucson. Reach him here. Those interested in the open KMLE position can apply here.
