Life Notes: Jackie Lee has revealed a 2017 battle with testicular cancer, which was followed by a recurrence of cancerous cells in his lymph nodes. He had his last chemo treatment in January of this year. Lee's cancer was preceded by losing his mother to ovarian cancer in 2016 (CAT 6/6/16). His new single, "Long Year," was written for her. Broken Bow's Chase Rice is recovering from surgery last Tuesday (5/15) to repair a torn pectoral muscle. He'll continue his physical rehab while on the road during his Lambs & Lions Tour. Dates here.
