Brake On Through: Former West Virginia Radio WKKW/Morgantown, WV MD/middayer and WVMD/Cumberland, MD afternooner Don Brake has joined Cumulus' KAYD (Nash FM)/Beaumont, TX as PD/morning personality. He takes over programming from Regional PD Tim Murphy, who remains in that role. Mornings have been vacant since late last year. Brake left WKKW last month (CAT 6/28); prior stops include WFRE/Frederick MD; WHWK/Binghamton, NY; WAYZ/Hagerstown, MD; and WCAT/Harrisburg, PA. Congratulate him here.
