Stream Come True: Former Pandora Head/Country Music Programming Rachel Whitney and streaming/industry vet Copeland Isaacson have joined YouTube Music in the newly created positions of Mgr./Country Music Programming and Dir./Nashville Artist Relations, respectively. Isaacson's addition splits the artist and label relations role, with Margaret Hart continuing as Mgr./Label Relations. Whitney left Pandora last month (CAT 10/17), with prior stops including Borman Entertainment. Isaacson's previous stops include Big Loud, Spotify, UMG/Nashville, Sony and KSON/San Diego. Reach Whitney here and Isaacson here.
