KHLR Queen: The nationally syndicated Brooke & Jubal Show has been added to Signal's KHLR/Little Rock for mornings, effective Dec. 10. Brooke Fox and Jubal Flagg succeed Amber Glaze, who has moved to KVOO/Tulsa as MD/afternoons (CAT 11/5), and APD Luke Kelly, who remains with the station and moves to the open afternoon position. Kelly will also produce the Brooke & Jubal Show locally.
