Billy Cheese Take: Zimmer WGSQ/Cookeville, TN PD/afternoon host Billy Mac has joined crosstown Stonecom, which includes Country WKXD, as Dir./Original Content & Specials. In this newly created position, Mac will handle on-air special creation, podcasting and other content-based materials for the cluster. Mac tells Country Aircheck he will soon take on an airshift, as well. Reach him here. Mac joined WGSQ in 2014 (CAT 3/20/14) and previously worked for the company's WIBL/Bloomington, IL. At WGSQ, OM Philip Gibbons says, "We are programming WGSQ as a team until we decide which direction to take."
