Blake To WGAR: iHeartMedia WNCB/Raleigh PD/middayer Carletta Blake has been named PD for the company's WGAR/Cleveland, beginning April 8. She fills the vacancy created by the departure of Charley Connolly (CAT 2/5). Blake joined WNCB in 2017 (CAT 3/7/17) after stops in New Bern, NC and Dallas. Concurrently, the cluster has upped Jason Carr to PD for Adult Hits WHLK; they report to RSVPP Keith Abrams.
