Cox Enterprises will retain a minority stake in the new company, maintaining the Cox Media Group name and its Atlanta base (CAT 6/26). CMG owns 60 radio stations across 11 markets, including eight Country outlets – WHKO/Dayton, OH; KKBQ & KTHT/Houston; WWKA/Orlando; KCYY & KKYX-AM/San Antonio; KWEN/Tulsa and WNGC/Athens, GA.
