Jay Adds KMNB: No official word as yet, but Entercom WUSN/Chicago PD Kenny Jay has added programming duties for Country sister KMNB/Minneapolis, a position opened by the exit of Lucas Phelan (CAT 11/1). Jay will remain based in Chicago. It's familiar ground for Jay, who joined then-CBS Radio KMNB in 2012 and rose to PD in 2014 before transferring to the company's KMPS/Seattle in 2016 and overseeing its flip from Country to Soft AC (BN 12/4/17).
