Leighton Manning: Former Federated/Fort Wayne, IN Market Mgr. Jim Allgeier has been named Leighton/Winona, MN GM. He succeeds Matt Senne, who joined Hubbard/Alexandria-Wadena, MN last August (CAT 8/21/19). Allgeier will oversee the cluster, which includes Country KHWK & Classic Country KHWK-AM.
