Bentli Leaves Cumulus:
Today was the final broadcast for Ty Bentli of the Westwood One/Cumulus nationally syndicated morning program, The Ty Bentli Show. “Ty is leaving radio,” said a Cumulus spokesperson. “We have a great team of Tricia 'TJ' Jenkins and Chuck Wicks, who will continue in their roles with the show. We wish Ty all the best in his new endeavor.”
Bentli was doing mornings on Cumulus Hot AC WRQX/Washington DC when he succeeded Blair Garner as part of America’s Morning Show with Wicks and Kelly Ford in Sept. 2016. It was re-branded The Ty Bentli Show in Dec. 2018 and currently airs on more than 40 affiliates. Wicks has been with the show since its Feb. 2014 debut; TJ came aboard in Feb. 2019.
