Woo! Tang Clan: Bandtwango CEO John Alexander has resigned and will return to his career in pro wrestling as a historian and analyst. Co-Founder Carl Allocco will continue to operate Bandtwango. “I feel proud of my accomplishments on Music Row since arriving here in 2000,” says Alexander, who plans to pen a memoir for release next April. “I originally left the wrestling business in 1996, changed my name to John Alexander and vanished from that industry until the end of 2018. That’s when I reemerged with some social media accounts under my legal name [John Arezzi], and things took off!” Alexander and Allocco launched Bandtwango in 2016 (CAT 11/9/16). His prior career stops include GAC, Black River and Jones Radio. Catch him on Vice's Dark Side of the Ring tonight (5/5) at 9pm CT.
