Say It Again: As first reported via Breaking News, former Curb/Word SVP/GM Ryan Dokke has joined Play It Again Music in the newly created CEO role. Songwriter Dallas Davidson’s Play It Again publishing company is also expanding to add label and artist management divisions. “Growing Play It Again Music is something I’ve been planning to do, but I needed the right partner to lead it,” says Davidson, who founded the company in 2015. Dokke left Curb in April (CAT 4/17) after six years. His prior career stops include Arista, Clear Channel, Citadel and Morris Communications. Reach Dokke here.
