Summit's Brannigan Departs: SummitMedia SVPP Beverlee Brannigan has exited after more than 18 years with the company that was then-Journal Broadcast Group at the time of her arrival. Brannigan joined as Journal/Wichita OM in Jan. 2002 before being elevated to VP/Radio Programming for the cluster that includes Country KFDI & Classic Country KFTI-AM. She remained with the cluster through its acquisitions by Scripps and then Summit. Brannigan was upped to her most recent post in January (Breaking News 1/10). Inducted into the Country Radio Hall of Fame in 2012, Brannigan also spent 20 years in on-air and programming roles in Des Moines, IA.
