Yesterday’s (7/29) CRS360 webinar series, “How To Regain Revenue And Reassure Clients,” featured WXTU/Philadelphia GSM Rob Keegan, WQMX/Akron GSM Mason Meyer and The Center For Sale Strategy’s Matt Sunshine discussing local radio sales strategies and recapturing lost revenue (CAT 7/22). Keegan focused on increasing face time, mastering tools and systems, research, initiating customer activity and digital. Meyer highlighted getting grounded mentally, working from home, what to do with a lack of events, asking questions and spending time improving your knowledge and skills. Sunshine moderated.
