KVOO's Williams To Depart:
Griffin KVOO/Tulsa Amber & Brooks morning co-host Cash “Brooks” Williams has elected not to renew his contract, which expires early next year, and will leave to pursue a career in real estate. MD/morning host Amber Glaze will remain. “We’re sad that Brooks will be leaving us, but we’re excited for him as he starts this new chapter in his life,” says OM Steve Hunter. “We are not sure of Brooks’ last day with KVOO yet, but we will be posting the position soon so that we can start the interview process.” Williams joined for middays last April (CAT 4/8/19) and segued to mornings later that month (CAT 4/19/19). He previously spent nine years with KTTS/Springfield, MO (CAT 2/21/19). Reach Williams here. Hunter has not yet posted the job, but interested applicants can reach him here and PD Dena Fletcher here.
