Won Nation: Publishing vet Emily Furman has joined Creative Nation as Sr. Dir./Creative succeeding Jeff Skaggs, who is leaving to work in real estate, but remains a consultant for the company. Furman will lead the team, sign new talent and develop the current roster of songwriters and artists. "Creative Nation operates with a strong team culture and a commitment to quality and success in a way that's unique and forward-thinking," says Furman. Furman was hired at Carnival Music in 2009 and spent more than 11 years working in publishing and artist development. Skaggs joined in 2014 from Kobalt and rose to his most recent position in 2017 (CAT 6/13/17).
