Frog-get About It:
Audacy KFRG/Riverside weekender Anthony Donatelli moves to afternoons alongside Heather Froglear for the newly branded Heather & Anthony and will now be heard in afternoons on KMLE/Phoenix, KKWF/Seattle and KWJJ/Portland. Froglear was previously teamed with KSON/San Diego-based Kimo Jensen (CAT 9/16/20) and internally syndicated across Audacy West Coast stations. Jensen returns to solo afternoons on KSON. Katie Neal’s Katie & Company continues to be heard in KFRG middays. “[Heather and Anthony’s] passion for country music, their infectious personalities and their huge hearts in giving back to our Southern California communities made this decision an easy one,” says SVP/MM Michael Valenzuela. “Our listeners love them both, and we’re happy to bring a sense of familiarity back to KFRG after a difficult year.” Donatelli previously handled middays for KFRG prior to Audacy’s restructuring and has been with the station since 2014. Reach Donatelli here and Froglear here.
Additionally, KFRG Dir./Promotions and weekend personality Dana Swearingen has joined The Wakeup Call alongside Kelli Green and David Bugenske. She has been with the cluster since 2019 (CAT 3/18/19) in her second stint, broken up by a three-year run with syndicated The Big Time With Whitney Allen (CAT 8/16/16). Swearingen retains all previous duties in addition to her new morning role and can be reached here.
