Hot Air: No one is commenting, but Monument VP/Promotion Drew Bland is said to be leaving the label at the end of the week and returning to Phoenix, where he spent seven years at then-CBS Radio KMLE and rose to APD/MD before departing to program WWKA/Orlando (CAT 6/3/14). Bland joined Monument last year (Breaking News) from KKWF/Seattle. KMLE has not had an on-site programmer since the September departure of Tim Richards as part of a significant Entercom (now Audacy) restructuring of the Country format. No word on plans for the position at Monument.
