Cole Digs Not Being Lonesome: Radio vet Greg Cole has been named OM for MacDonald/Saginaw's three-station cluster, which includes Country WKCQ, Adult Hits WMJO and AC WSAG-FM & WSAM-AM. Cole will program 'KCQ and starts April 18. He takes over for WKCQ morning host Jim Kramer, who asked to return to focusing on his airshift after a little more than two years overseeing the cluster. Previously, Cole spent more than eight years at KNCI/Sacramento, leaving in January (CAT 1/7) from his post as MD/Prod. Dir. Prior stops include KRMD/Shreveport, WSM-AM & FM/Nashville and WPOC/Baltimore. Reach him here.
