Benefit News: Cumulus KUBL/Salt Lake City morning hosts Lexi and Banks spent 12 hours a day for five days last week hitting multiple locations to motivate listeners to donate non-perishable food items for the Utah Food Bank. In all, more than 118,000 meals were donated, which amounts to a 162% increase from last year and surpasses the combined efforts from both 2019 and 2020. “These are the memorable moments I cherish in radio, and it is more proof that Country radio moves people to record breaking action,” says PD Travis Moon.
