Life Note: QPrime South Head/Digital Doug Phillips is mourning the passing of his wife, Cathy Joy Phillips, who died Nov. 24 following a battle with cancer. She was 37. “We lost an incredible person and gained an angel,” shares Phillips. “[Daughter] Everly and [I] are devastated, but we will find a way to pick up the pieces and try our best to honor her and move forward.” A celebration of life will be held Jan. 16 at 5pm at Lyra restaurant (935 W.
