Woof Boom's Searight To Leave: Woof Boom Classic Country WCIT-AM & W253CM/Lima, OH PD/Promo Dir./on-air personality Garrett Searight is leaving July 14 for a soon-to-be-announced opportunity outside of radio but within the industry. He joined then-Maverick Media in Dec. 2012 and also handles PD duties for the cluster’s Sports WWSR and is Managing Editor for company-owned 419Sports.com. He previously helmed afternoons at Country sister WFGF. Searight was a CRS 2016 Rusty Walker Scholarship winner (CAT 11/16/15). Reach him here through July 14 and here thereafter. No word on plans for the position at Woof Boom.
