Whole Lada Love: Saga Interim CEO Warren Lada has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors on the heels of Christopher Forgy taking over as Pres./CEO (CAT 11/16). He succeeds Gary Stevens, who had served as Interim Chairman and will return to serving as a member of the board. “[Saga Founder/CEO] Ed [Christian]’s passing left a hole in our leadership ranks, and Warren and Gary admirably stepped up at a pivotal time when we needed them most,” says Forgy. Lada has been with Saga for more than three decades, previously serving as EVP/Operations and COO before taking over as Interim CEO upon Christian’s passing in August (CAT 8/22).
