Want 'Em Theory: CMT and mTheory are accepting applications for the 2023-24 Equal Access Development Program artist and management equity initiative. Now in its second year, the program fosters marginalized communities that are underrepresented in the country music genre. Deadline to apply for the 2023-24 cohort is Feb. 10 at 5pm CT. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by the start of the program and preferably Nashville-based. More information here.
