Gol Don Gone And Done It: Clear Channel/Western Mass. (Springfield & Worcester) OM and WPKX/Springfield PD Don Gosselin has been named OM for the company's seven-station New Orleans cluster and PD of Country WNOE. He starts May 16 and fills the OM post vacated by Mike Kramer a few months ago. The PD post has been open since Ron Brooks exited more than two years ago (CAT 1/21/09); Sam McGuire, PD at CC sister WYNK/Baton Rouge, had been overseeing Country programming on WNOE. Gosselin actually served as OM for the cluster for six months immediately following Hurricane Katrina before being reassigned by CC. The interview process is underway in Massachusetts to find Gosselin's replacement.
