Cole Day In July: As reported earlier via Breaking News, Twitter and Facebook, Clear Channel's WPOC/Baltimore APD/evening personality Justin Cole was named PD for the station, succeeding Meg Stevens, who yesterday (7/20) was promoted to OM for CC's Washington, DC and Baltimore clusters (Breaking News 7/20).
