Job's Parker's: iHeartMedia/San Francisco VP/Programming Don Parker has added programming oversight of the company's five stations in Sacramento, including Country KBEB. He fills the void left by Dave Milner, who joined Cumulus last month (CAT 12/2). Parker's been with the company since 2009, starting as OM for the San Francisco cluster, with prior stops including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Houston, Las Vegas and Fresno.
