Bits & Pieces: The late Tammy Wynette is among the 2024 Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award honorees, to be celebrated Feb. 3 at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles. The award is presented by the Recording Academy’s National Trustees to performers who have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance. Attorney Joel Katz has been named one of the Academy's Trustees Award recipients, given to those who have made significant contributions, other than performance, to the field of recording.
