Chronicle: D.R. Rice Broadcasting WMPI/Scottsburg, IN owner Ray Rice passed away Sunday (1/8) after suffering a stroke aboard a cruise ship. He was 62. The Rice family has owned WMPI since 1987 and has collected coats and winter supplies for local school children as part of their We Care Christmas Drive for the last 30 years.
