Veteran programmer Tim Richards has been named Dir./Content for Alpha KUPL/Portland, OR. "I am profoundly grateful to Robert Dove, Phil Becker, and the entire team at Alpha Media for this incredible opportunity," says Richards. "We aim to deepen our connection with our fans and the artists they admire, both in Portland and the broader Country music community."
