Buck White passed Jan. 13. He was 94. White was one third of The Whites, who charted a dozen singles in the 1980s, including the top 10 single "Hangin' Around." They were included on the
O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack which won the 2002 Grammy for Album of the Year. The Whites were inducted into the
Grand Ole Opry in 1984 and the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame in 2008. No word on services.
