WHEL Flips Back: Sun Broadcasting Top 40 WHEL/Fort Myers returned to Country yesterday (1/20) at noon ET as "Trump Country 93.7," bringing back the brand the station first used from September to December 2020 (CAT 9/16/20). WHEL was known as "Hell Yeah 93.7" from that point until its flip to Top 40 one year ago (CAT 1/18/24). The move returns Fort Myers to a three-way format battle with Renda WWGR and iHeartMedia WCKT.
