Trip The Lights Monastic: Former Adams/Ft. Wayne, IN VP/GM Chris Monk has joined Cumulus in the newly created position of Regional VP with oversight of the company's Saginaw and Flint, MI radio stations, which include Country WFBE/Flint. He'll also serve as Market Manager for the four-station Saginaw cluster. The move marks a return for Monk, who oversaw the markets from 2007-12 when they were under Citadel ownership. Monk left Adams after two years earlier this month (CAT 1/17).
