Mental health advocate Jason Prinzo will host "Your Brain Is A Liar: Recognizing and Understanding The Impact of Your Mental Health" on CRS Friday (3/1). Topics include professional anxiety, imposter syndrome, trauma and practical steps to alleviate symptoms. Agape Animal Rescue & Training Center's Paws n’ Play Program is providing "Hug A Pup," a pen full of stress-busting adoptable puppies for attendees to enjoy between sessions all three days (2-6pm on Wednesday, 2-5pm Thursday and 9am to noon Friday). Walk-up registration will be available at CRS 2024 Feb. 28-March 1 at the Omni Nashville Hotel.
